Terms of Service

By accessing or using FoxRadar (available at getfoxradar.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FoxRadar is a B2B SaaS platform that monitors and tracks brand visibility within AI-generated answers produced by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, and others).

We do not control the responses generated by third-party AI platforms and cannot guarantee specific visibility outcomes. Our service provides data and analytics based on monitoring activity.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By registering, you confirm this eligibility.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@foxradar.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent activity.

All payments for FoxRadar subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, VAT/tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf.

When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a payment agreement with Paddle. Paddle's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to payment transactions. You can review them at paddle.com/legal.

Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law (handled automatically by Paddle).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless specified in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform beyond normal use
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code
• Circumvent any security or access control measures

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and data on the FoxRadar platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved from its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FoxRadar and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@foxradar.io or through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable jurisdiction of the company's registered address. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and thereafter through binding arbitration or competent courts.
