Refund Policy

Effective date: April 14, 2025

1. Overview

At FoxRadar, we want you to be fully satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains your options if you are not happy with your purchase.

All billing and payment processing for FoxRadar is managed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled in compliance with Paddle's policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions (both Starter and Agency plans).

If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.

To request a refund within this period, contact us at hello@foxradar.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 3 business days.

3. Refunds After the 14-Day Window

After the 14-day money-back period has expired, refunds are generally not issued for the current or past billing periods. This applies to:

  • Partial months of service
  • Unused features or projects within your plan
  • Plan downgrades (effective at the next billing cycle)

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of significant service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances. Contact us to discuss your situation.

4. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. We send a reminder email before renewal where required by law.

If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case on a good-faith basis.

To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next renewal date via your account settings or by emailing us.

5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades: When you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, handled automatically by Paddle.

Downgrades: When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No credit or refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher-tier plan.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly (e.g. charged twice, charged the wrong amount), contact us immediately at hello@foxradar.io. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a full correction or refund promptly.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method used at purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once your refund has been issued.

8. Consumer Rights (EU / EEA)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have additional statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services where applicable.

By starting to use the Service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be limited as permitted by applicable law. However, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above provides equivalent or greater protection.
