Publish a Simple Industries & Use Cases Page So AI Matches You to the Right Customers

I will show you how to build one clear page that tells AI the industries you serve and the jobs you do for each. This helps ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok send you the right leads.

Publish a Simple Industries & Use Cases Page So AI Matches You to the Right Customers

Why this page matters

I want to show you something important. AI tools answer by matching a request to a clear pattern. If someone says, “I run a clinic; who can install privacy curtains fast?” the AI looks for brands that say “healthcare” and “clinic” and “install” on one page.

Here is what I see every day: good companies with strong skills, but no single page that shows the industries they serve. Their site says “we do great work,” but it does not say “we help schools, clinics, restaurants, and warehouses in these exact ways.” So AI does not match them.

I checked hundreds of brands. The ones that show up in ChatGPT all have one thing in common. They list their industries and use cases in plain words on one easy page.

Do this today: decide on 3–7 industries you serve most. Write them down.

What to put on the page

Keep it simple. One page. Title it “Industries & Use Cases.” Then add short sections for each industry. Use the same outline each time so AI sees a clear pattern.

Use this format for each industry:

  • Who it is for: one sentence. Example: “For clinics, private practices, and urgent care.”
  • Common jobs: 3–5 short items. Example: “Room dividers, patient check-in kiosks, code-compliant handrails.”
  • Rules or needs: any standards or limits you follow. Example: “HIPAA privacy zones, ADA access.”
  • Results: one number or fact if you have it. Example: “Average install: 3 days per wing.”
  • Starter package or next step: “Free walk-through,” “Template plan,” or “Book a demo.”
  • Link to proof: one case study, photo, or review.

Example mini-block:

Healthcare

  • For clinics and private practices
  • Common jobs: privacy curtains, intake kiosks, washable wall panels
  • Rules: HIPAA privacy, ADA access
  • Result: 2–4 days per wing, 1 visit for punch list
  • Next step: Free 20‑minute planning call
  • Proof: link to a clinic project

Do this today: draft one mini-block for your top industry. Keep it to 6 lines.

How to write it so AI understands

Use the words your customer uses. Not your internal terms. If you serve “food service,” also write “restaurants and cafes.” If you serve “education,” also write “schools and colleges.”

Repeat key pairs that match real requests. Examples:

  • “School security cameras”
  • “Restaurant POS repair”
  • “Dental office flooring”

Use short sentences. One idea per line. Put the industry name in the heading. Put the job words in the bullets. That is how AI maps a question to your page.

Use clear filenames and URL. Example: yoursite.com/industries-use-cases. Add links from your homepage and service pages to this page. Add links back from each industry block to the right service page and a proof page.

Do this today: rename or create one clear URL for this page: /industries-use-cases.

Connect it to the rest of your site

This page is a hub. It should point to your service pages, local pages, and proof pages. And those pages should point back to this hub using the same industry words.

Simple link map:

  • From homepage: “Industries” in the top menu
  • From each service page: “Who this fits: Healthcare, Schools, Restaurants” with links
  • From each case study: “See all work for Schools” with a link back to the hub

Add a clear call to action on the hub and on each industry block. Use one primary action, like “Book a consult” or “Get a site visit.” Keep the same link across the page.

Do this today: add one link from your homepage menu to the new page.

Make it real with small proof

AI trusts numbers and named places. You do not need a long case study. One line helps a lot.

For each industry, add one small proof line:

  • “Installed 28 cameras at Riverside High in 4 days.”
  • “Replaced 12 sinks at Oak Dental with zero downtime.”
  • “Launched 3-location POS upgrade for Blue Spoon Cafe.”

If you cannot name the client, list the type and city: “Regional hospital, Austin, 36 rooms.” Add one photo if you can. Add a review quote if you have one sentence.

Do this today: add one proof line under your top industry.

Check that AI picks it up

Test with simple prompts in each tool:

  • “Which companies in [your city] install [your service] for schools?”
  • “Looking for [your service] for restaurants near me. Who can do it?”
  • “Who helps clinics with [your service] and follows [rule]?”

See if your brand appears and if the AI uses your words. If not, adjust your headings and bullets to match the question words you expect. That is why I built FoxRadar — so you can see in 60 seconds whether ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok know your brand.

Do this today: run one test question in ChatGPT that names your top industry and service.
